Cornerstone Funding

Cornerstone Funding was created to provide financial clarity for churches relating to property acquisition financing, construction lending, and refinancing of existing debt.  We do this by assessing the church's existing financial capacity and create clear steps to move from the current status to your objective.

Our Process

You have a vision for your facility.  We build the financial plan to make that vision a reality.

We do this by completing an in-depth financial review of your current borrowing capacity, then compare your financial metrics to industry standards.  We use this financial data to define clear steps to move you from your current status to your goals.

After these clear steps are defined, we then will lead you through the implementation of these steps by working with multiple lenders to structure the financing that will best accomplish your objectives.
